    Thank you for shopping with us. We’re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the guidelines below.

     


     

    Eligibility for Returns

    To qualify for a return, the item must:

    • Be in unused, original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact

    • Be returned within 14 days of the purchase date

    • Not be damaged or used by the customer

    Note: Items that are used, damaged, or missing components may not be eligible for return or refund.

     


     

    Return Process

    1. Request an RMA Number

      • Fill out the RMA form or email sales@itechardware.com

    2. Prepare Your Return

      • Securely package the item with proof of purchase

      • Include the RMA number

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

    • Use a trackable shipping method

     


     

    Refunds & Exchanges

    • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method

    • You will receive a confirmation via email

     


     

    Cancellations

    • Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped

    • Cancellations before processing incur a 15% fee to cover restocking and processing charges

     


     

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund:

    1. Check your bank account and transaction records

    2. Contact your bank or credit card provider – processing may take up to 30 days

    3. Still no refund? Reach out to us at sales@itechardware.com

     


     

    Shipping & Delivery

    • Orders ship within 2–5 business days

    • For delays beyond this timeframe, contact sales@itechardware.com

    • Delays due to incorrect shipping details or missed deliveries are not our responsibility

     


     

    Tracking Information

    • Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships

     


     

    Address Corrections

    • Entered the wrong address? Contact us immediately

    • Changes after processing cannot be guaranteed

    • Customers are responsible for incorrect address details

     


     

    Returns Not Accepted For

    • Change of mind after order placement

    • Price found lower elsewhere after purchase

    • Returned items not matching the RMA request

    • Tampered, damaged, or used products

     


     

    Exceptions & Restocking Fees

    For defective or damaged items, contact us to arrange a refund or replacement.

    Restocking fees apply:

    • 25% for standard returns
